Kundalini Yoga & Beyond

A 6-month journey of healing, discovery & transformation
Go Beyond. Come Home to the Essence.
Kundalini Yoga & Beyond is a self-initiation into deeper presence, practice, and inner freedom — rooted in the timeless heart of Kundalini Yoga, but liberated from dogma and rigid structure.
This is a space to rediscover what’s true for you with guidance, community, and monthly immersions into the rejuvinating currents of yoga and spiritual life. This is not a program that leads to a new, shiny certification; but it does promise to guide you into the future with greater peace and joy.

The Practices
This training is intentionally aligned with the energy fields of Love and Grace, while staying rooted in practical skill-building. It is a sacred space to integrate the layers of ego and release patterns of resistance that no longer serve you — so that your more authentic, joyful Self can emerge and shine.
What We’ll Do Together:
Kartar and Jacob have developed a curriculum suited to introverts and extroverts alike; and each session features activities that intentionally target different learning styles. You can expect each month to include...
🤝 GROUP CONNECTION
We'll begin each gathering by attuning to one another — through presence, check-ins, and light-hearted or heartfelt prompts. These moments lay the foundation for trust, coherence, and a shared field of intention.
🌪️ CATHARSIS
Before going deep, we clear. Cathartic practices help release emotional tension, mental clutter, and energetic stagnation — making space for presence, sensitivity, and transformation. This might include a strenuous activity, a rebirthing kriya, vigorous pranayama, or other practices that can liberate suppressed energies.
🧘 EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
Using techniques from the five pillars of Kundalini Yoga, we'll learn to enter the body with deep awareness and compassion. These practices support vitality, awareness, and integration — grounding the energetic experience into the psyche and body.
🧠 CONCEPTUAL LEARNING
Through teachings drawn from yogic philosophy, Buddhism, Christian mysticism, science, consciousness research, and more, we clarify the frameworks that shape our inner and outer lives. Intellectual understanding can help us think differently, break patterns, and heal more efficiently.
📝 PERSONAL REFLECTION
Time is set aside for turning inward — to journal, express yourself in art, contemplate, or simply sit with what’s arising. These pauses will help support self-honesty, integration, and cultivating agency.
💬 SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION
Triads or breakout groups will provide space to share from the heart, listen deeply, and witness others without judgment. This is where community becomes a place to be seen, supported, and stretched.
🕊️ INTEGRATION
We close each session by creating space for integration— allowing the teachings, practices, and insights to settle deeply into body and spirit. Through gong, prayer, mantra, or silence, we settle into gratitude, align with our deepest intentions, and invite Divine Grace to carry the work forward.

I’ve been a yoga and meditation teacher for more than 50 years. Sometimes people ask me whether the class will be too hard or too demanding. I smile and reassure them.
Fifty years of teaching has taught me how to tailor a class to the people present and to be "in the zone" when teaching so there is something for everyone.
Being "in the zone" means being soft, empty, no agenda – just offering yoga to match the theme of the day and hearing the way the Universe, not me, would do it.
The moments I live for are the breakthrough moments when someone "gets it" – breaks through to free and unbounded space where before there had been confinement, stuckness.
I offer yoga so people can use this marvelous tool to learn how to work with energy, to more easily change, to keep going and growing. I try, best as I can, to add the information, the science – how energy works (not the way we think) and why we would move in a certain way.
You’ll see the genius of moving the way you will, and you may love the feelings of freedom and expansiveness it can bring.

Jacob
Rudolph
Jacob’s path has been shaped by a deep commitment to truth and transformation. Over the years, this has taken the form of prayer, meditation, sacred sound, yoga, and dedicated spiritual study–– all aimed at cultivating greater presence, clarity, and love.
His primary influence is the path of Devotional Nonduality, as taught by Dr. David R. Hawkins. Other meaningful threads include Kundalini Yoga, the Gong Avatar Academy, Jungian psychology, martial arts, and classical music. He embraces many spiritual traditions, but is personally devoted to Jesus Christ, his beloved friend, Lord, and Savior.
Jacob is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Level II Reiki Practitioner. He has led dozens of gong immersions across the U.S. and Europe, co-hosting large-scale events and offering sound healing in workshops, retreats, and private settings.
Earlier in his life, Jacob became a nationally recognized LGBTQ+ advocate after his high school coming-out speech went viral on YouTube. He went on to lead The Pride Network, founded the Transformational Leadership Initiative, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30: Law & Policy list for his contributions to positive social change.
Today, Jacob is pursuing graduate studies in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture at the Institute of Taoist Education & Acupuncture (ITEA) in Louisville, CO. He brings a grounded, compassionate presence to his teaching and healing work, supporting others in reconnecting with their practice, their path, and their deeper sense of Self.

If you find new freedom in your practice, you'll find new freedom in your life

🌀 Practicum Projects
Each participant will be asked to complete and present a practicum project at the end of the program. This project is a powerful way to connect more deeply to a particular teaching or practice that stood out among the rest, explore it further, and share personal insights with the group.
📕 Workbook
You will be provided a colorful, custom-made workbook to support your learning. We expect it will also serve as an artifact that you can refer to again and again after the 6 months are over.
💲 Refund Policy
Enrollment in Kundalini Yoga & Beyond represents a deep commitment— both on your part and ours.
To honor the time, energy, and resources invested in creating this sacred container, we've established the following refund policy:
-
If you choose to withdraw from the program, you may request a refund for the remaining tuition until February 14, 2026
-
After that date, all tuition is non-refundable
We want this policy to reflect the kind of grace and forgiveness that comprise our core values, while also preserving the integrity of the group experience. By committing fully, you help create the stability and safety needed for deep inner work — for yourself and others. To avoid difficulties, we ask that if you choose join this program, so do so in full integrity.
And in the event of exceptional circumstances, we are always open to discussing financial needs on a case-by-case basis.
📅 Attendance & Participation
This program is designed to be a cohesive journey. While we understand that life happens, we ask all participants to prioritize attending each session live–– whether in-person, or online. If you must miss a session, it is your responsibility to review the materials and practices shared during that time by watching the session recording. You will be required to meet with Kartar or Jacob afterwards to present your learning and ask questions; these meetings are an additional $108.
For the sake of group cohesion, we ask that no one miss more than one session over the course of the program unless exceptional circumstances arise. If a group member misses more than one session (with exceptions for previously scheduled travel, unexpected deaths, etc.), they will be asked to meet with a facilitator to identify obstacles to attendance and find support in overcoming them.
💻 Technology Requirements
For those participating online, we ask that you have a reliable internet connection, a quiet space to practice yoga, and a working camera and microphone. This helps maintain a strong energetic container and supports meaningful group interaction.
Limited recordings of our sessions may be made available on a case-by-case basis.
🔒 Confidentiality & Group Agreements
This training is a space of vulnerability, exploration, and transformation. To ensure the psychological safety of everyone in our group, we require all participants to honor the confidentiality of personal sharing and approach all group members with respect, compassion, and non-judgment.
We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the program if their behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the group.
📚 Reading & Practice Commitments
Throughout the program, you will be invited to engage with selected readings and at-home practices. These are meant to deepen your integration, not add pressure. If you miss a day of practicing in our group sadhana... so what? We trust you to engage at the level that feels most aligned, while honoring the spirit of commitment this program asks of each participant.
💬 Communication
Official updates, Zoom links, and materials will be shared via email. Please ensure you check your inbox regularly and add us to your contacts to avoid missing important updates.
If you have a question or need support during the program, you may reach out directly to Jacob or Kartar.
