O Mother,

An Earth of Plenty,

Pure Fertility

Holds us in Thy Care.

We feast upon Thee,

Thy Glorious Bounty,

Yet not are we aware

Of the loving depth

Of Thy Gentle Breast

For it is without end,

Nor the breadth of Thy Blessed

Terrestrial Nests;

On Thee we all depend.

O Mother,

Our hearts have grown cold

To Thy Manifold

Seeking love in darkness.

Yet with radiant gold

Thy Soft Fetal Cord

Mollifies our hardness.

In Thee do souls dwell

All fears dost Thou quell

O Womb of all Creation

Thy Laughter a bell

Thy Smile a spell

Our lifeblood Thy Lactation.

O Mother,

But children we are

Strayed from you afar;

Thy Mercy falls like rain.

Thy Heart our North Star

It heals us our scars

And frees us from our pain.

May we see Thy Face

Pervading all space

Shining with Thy Kindness,

For there is no place

Withheld from Thy Grace

O Blessed Love Inside Us.
